My next update on the review thread will be Blue Zoo ... an absolutely amazing dinner experience that Jay and I would very much like to repeat this fall.

I know what you mean about the ball game costs, it's almost impossible to see a Red Sox game at Fenway. The cost is outrageous!

Try one in NY... $8 just to go across the bridge... one way... (however the Valley Cats play for like $10 and they have fireworks on one night per week...)

Deb ... since Jay and I have now tried both Citricos and Narcoossees we would unequivocably tell you guys to eat at Citricos.

Narrrrrrrcooooooooseeeeeeees was good but a step below Flying Fish and Blue Zoo (and since 2/3 of their menu is comprised of seafood I consider them a seafood restaurant and they just don't measure up to the other two).

Citricos was a revelation ... easily a tie with Blue Zoo for best dinner of the trip and that's saying something because we didn't have a single bad meal in October.

Just my two cents ... if you hang on to them long enough, in this economy, they will be worth less than one penny.

Hello Everyone - I have been gone from the thread for a while so I feel I owe some food pics to make up!

This is a place called Hash House a Go-Go and it's in San Diego and Las Vegas! (San Diego is the best and original) If you are ever around SD please go for breakfast it is amazing!

These are from the Vegas one - we went to visit my Mother and Father in-law a week ago.

Breakfast Quesadilla - this is what I always get - so good and spicy!

Jason just gets a drink and eats off everyones order and we still don't ever finish!

We've actually eaten at both but it's been about 4 years. Both were very good then. I'll take your two cents and who knows, maybe by September it'll be worth three

Just went downstairs to find some chocolate & there was nothing.....I was away for 10 days & sick in bed all week so the cabinets are running low.

I swore I had a bag of chocolate chips but they were gone but I did manage to find a can of dark chocolate frosting. In college I would have opened the can and used a spoon but I wanted to try to have some manners so I found some lady fingers & came up with a yummy treat!
Layered 2 lady fingers with chocolate frosting added thinly sliced banana to one of the lady fingers & then put 2 together like a sandwich...WOW did that hit the spot!

THIS is one of my teachers in high school... and yes.. he was that crazy and fun... (I went on a school trip to Montreal and Quebec with him and his then fiance... needless to say we didn't see them much... the only rules we had was we couldn't go outside the hotel and we had to get up for breakfast...) (he didn't realize that Montreal is connected by underground tunnels... )

SOOOOOOO Greg and i booked our honeymoon today!!!!!!!!!!!! SOOO excited, and yes it does include a final stop at WDW!!!! We will be going to Vegas 3 nights, Maui for 8 nights and finally WDW/GF for 6 nights!! Disney will be from 10/23-29th...i lost track of the list of when Brendy's Friendies will be there..but if anyone is there when we are i would love to know wheeee Food and WIne fest (FINALLY) here we come..
