Bell Services and Split Stays

Just wondering if anyone has ever had any problems with bell services when the give them their luggage to be delivered at their next resort?
 
We've used the transfer service several times and once had a bag that was left at BWV instead of being transferred to VWL. They immediately located and sent it over once we called.
 
We had an issue on our last trip. The bags were supposed to be there by hh:mm time and did not make it there. The front desk called and the bags were still sitting at AKV. They drove them over almost immediately. Had them in under an hour. So we did have a problem, but it was fixed quickly.
 

Have used the service over 30 times without issue. We ask for the transfer claim check just in case.

We have never had a real problem.

Just once we arrived before our luggage but we were there before 3pm and our room was ready so we went up. Explored the resort, had a very early dinner and the luggage was ready when we were done. Have had more delay with Magical express than with moving between villas.

We've never had to ask but have always been given it just as Bell Service would give any claim ticket.
 
We've used it at least 20 times. Had two problems. One was 9 yrs ago. Was going from Pop to BCV. One bag, (the one with the diapers :scared:) ended at at CBR. A few yrs ago , we had a cold bag not show up. It was found and of course I was worry that the bag was laying in some luggage room and then chilled. But I had a single stick of butter along with other things in the bag. If the bag had been allowed to warm up, the butter would have been squished but it was fine.
