Behind the Seeds Tour

Its definitely worth it. Its very interesting and you can learn many new things and see things that are "behind the seeds". When I did it, I only had one other person with me and we actually happened to be only ones on the tour that time but the tour that just finished was busy. We also got to try a cucumber they made there and got to take the rest with us as it was only us. It was 2 or 3 years ago so I don't know if they do it anymore.

Yes - we got some cucumber last week as well. I also got the Disney VISA discount

We've done this tour a couple of times. If you like learning about plants then you'll enjoy the tour. It's like a walking version of the living with the land boat ride plus the 'back story' about the plants/critters you see. We've always had the option of releasing ladybugs in the green house and you get a slice of something (usually cucumber) to taste.
We've always just signed up for the tour the day of - usually for later in the afternoon - I think the last tours are at 4ish @ least in the winter.

We are planning to do this. How long is the tour approximately? I'm thinking it might be a nice thing to do after lunch at Sunshine Seasons.

I have done this tour twice with my family. It was different both times and well worth the cost. There is lots of personal interaction with the cast member and we gleaned valuable gardening advice both times.

A very nice, reasonably priced tour that lasts about an hour and can be booked while onsite. Discounts are available if you have a Disney Visa.

Thank you everyone! You all have made me even more excited for this tour. I personally love flowers, gardening, and environmental science in general so I am highly looking forward for this.
