Kath is the first person to always tell all of us how great were are...Well now here is our chance to let her know who GREAT she is doing!! I would not be here without her!!!

Now, I don't want to hear any more of those self-disparaging comments about age or fluffiness. I know that's your protective shell, but please take an objective look at the evidence- you certainly don't look anywhere near the age you claim, you little hottie!

And you've lost a *lot* of fluffiness. You know what the scale says- you've really done a terrific job this past year. And the photos tell the story- you're looking fit and downright sassy! (Sometimes our brains don't let us see the real us in the mirror, but how can you deny how much better you're looking in the photos? Wait a minute, that didn't come out right. I didn't mean to imply you looked bad before, just that you look REALLY good now.)
