This is what we do -I don't mind doing the silver coins myself, but those pennies are a pain. I bring them to our local coinstar, which only charges 7 cents per dollar. I was surprised to read they charge 15 cents in other places.
I don't think we have any local banks that will count the coins for you. But when I do bring the rolls in, I have never been asked to write any contact info on the roll. I guess different policies for different banks and areas.
