Good Morning Lean Meaners!!!
I finally feel like I'm getting a little more energy back and I actually want to work out. Day 1 of Gluten Free eating was a success. I made spaghtetti last night and saved it for dinner on Thursday. I also made some gluten-free muffins. They turned out ok. The mix I bought had a picture of blueberry muffins on the front so I assumed they were blueberry. Wrong. Just plain mix. So, I borrowed some choc chips from my MIL. I will say there weren't quite as good as the gluten-full mix, but they are better than I expected.
We are going to Wilson tonight and I'm taking my ipod and garmin. I thought about trying to get back on C25K Week 2, but I'm afraid it will be too hot. I asked Matt to put my bike in the car so I may try to ride my bike for a while. For some reason I feel like I may be cooler on the bike than trying to walk/run in the heat.
Tracey...Thanks for the book advice! That is intersting about the nail and hydration. Hmmm
Mike...You are going to rock that tri! You'll do great!
Amy...Yay on your 5K! That pic of you and your daughter is very cute! Does she always scruntch her nose like that? It is the cutest!
Deb...I would like to be a morning walker/runner, but I just can't get out of bed right now. We're not even getting to work until close to 9. I am hoping the gluten-free will help w/ that, but in general, I am an evening person more so than morning. Ideally, I would like to workout mid-day but my job just doesn't allow me to do that.
Lisa...1000 bails of hay?
How long does something like that take? Exactly how do someone go about gathering 1000 bails of hay?
Dave...Your bull story is funny!!! But I agree, who has a bull for a pet? At least he was being friendly!
Everyone else...
