Good evening Lean Meaners!
Hoping everyone had a great Hump Day.
3 miles yesterday. IT WAS THE MOST EXCITING RUN I'VE EVER HAD ON A TM!
Got out and did some bodyweight exercises this evening. Pushups, crunches, dips, squats, etc. Tried my hand at a Pike Press. Almost landed on my head a couple of times. Also did a little core work, bodyweight superman and plank. Ive determined my core fitness pretty much sucks.
Lisa Im sure your DH was out on very important guy stuff.
Connie I have some bills you can pay also. WTG with the 3 miler!

Maria WTG with hanging in there and getting your workout in.
Tracey I did the stop, drop, and roll deal after my long runs training for the marathon. However, it was more like a stop, drop, and lay. WTG with the 4 miler!
