Okay, the craziness of packing has kept me from having much time to post, but now we're only a few weeks away and WE'RE ALL GOING TO BE ON THE SAME FLIGHT!! YAH!! We weren't sure because I was supposed to have moved by then, but I decided to wait a few more weeks so now we can all fly to Disney together! I'm so psyched to see how excited Bella & Cooper are on the way


Oh, and did I mention: ONLY 25 DAYS 'TIL DISNEY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

First things first, it's calendar time!

We are down to 24 days, only 14 work days, but really 12 days since I'm sleeping at night so I don't have to count those..... Bella is miserable in this pic and doped up on motrin (and right now, with an ear infection. only the 2nd ever)

They are making money by recycling cans and bottles and the occasional cleaning job, which they actually do a pretty good job of! I cashed in my Disney Rewards and got $225 to spend on food and drinks (yeah, baybee! ) I tried filling out my online papers yesterday but the weather was crappy and we kept losing power so that was frustrating but managed to get mine and Bella's done. I also booked our rental car, Advantage had the best price for an economy which is all I wanted since it's going to be in a parking lot nearly the whole time.

Like Ecogirl said she got on the same flight which I'm totally psyched about, it'll make everything easier and no time thing to get over. We'll be there lounging by the pool at the same time. I tried booking Boma for one night but they have nothing left, besides 9:30 and I'm not havin' that! We decided to go to DTD the first night and eat at WPE and sneak to the bar for one of those famous Red Ruby Martini's

We went to Hard Rock Cafe for dinner last night and had fun. Pierre's sister was staying at the new MGM Grand and I wanted to check it out. It was hella long walk from the main casino and my BIL wasn't sure where the hotel entrance was so I just left. I had the kids and left Cooper with my sister in the arcade so me and Bell went back to Foxwoods. NOW, had I REMEMBERED that it was the White Party with LOADS of famous people you KNOW my butt would ditched the kids to stalk people! Just kidding. Maybe. I was just reading Perez and saw it on there so I'm kicking myself right now.

I just saw that all of the Aug cruises are totally booked. I was hoping since it was near the last week before school starts that it wouldn't be full. Oh well, we'll still have a great time!

Has anyone done the story telling at AKL? I'm really interested in checking that out as well as going to the viewing area. Me and Ecogirl need to decide what we want to do at AK so I can route out our plan of attack We'll be the 2 pushy girls running around like maniacs getting as many FP's as possible! I think we should get EE over ASAP before we chicken out, there's more of a possiblity of me doing that than her though. I nearly died on a ride at the town fair last year with her and Bella not pretty.....

I hope the Cheetah Girls 1 World is on the Disney cruise.I am excited to go in the pools on the cruise, the Nickleodeon Hotel and the Animal Kingdom hotel. I REALLY want to go on test track I wish I could go on Tower of terror

yeah! we are almost there!!! just a little over 2 weeks!!!
anyway, what day do you arrive in Fl. we get there on Sat. and are going to WGP-ex. for dinner to. not sure what day you arrive. i can't remember but i think we are going to be in epcot the same time as you too. (2 days before the cruise). well hopefully we will bump into each other before we get on the boat. oh, btw- just call DCL, a few hours ago and there are mailing docs. this week via-UPS. thats what the girls said, anyway.

oh well, i see ya' over on the cruise thread.

Sometimes having a full cruise is more fun, believe it or not. The energy level is definitely at a fever pitch on the shorter 3 and 4 day cruises because people want to get their money's worth. People stay up later and most activities are well attended. Downside--kid pool and family pool are very crowded.

On the 7 day that I went on, many of the night activities (in the bar area) were lightly attended because people had to get up early to make it to their excursions.....

Hi Sue! We get in the 18th and will be at Epcot the 19th so we could possibly meet before the cruise! We'll be going to WPE on the 18th. I think we got our doc's a while ago if that is what comes in the brown Disney folder I'm pretty sure that's what they are. See ya!

We had a nice day at the local seaport today where there are some cool ships the kids love going on. I haven't been in a while but it was the last day kids were free for the summer so I snuck the trip in.

In the bunks. BTW- I got this shirt for Bella at a consignment shop for .97 SWEET DEAL!

We took the water taxi from 1 end to the other. Cooper was freaking out that it would sink. Um and we are going where in 3 weeks??!! If you recall from my last trip report he was fine once we were on the boat. This could be an annoying sign

Hi Cherie- I love being minutes away from Mystic, such a cool seaside town We had so much fun at the beach with our neighbors last night, kids love all that stuff! I can't wait to go!!!! I'm totally psyched E-girl got on the same flight- I her a shopping list yesterday!

Hi Julie- when is your birthday, our 9 year anniversary is Aug 24. In most pictures I have of Cooper, he's got that open mouth/ head tilt thing going on (sometimes he throws in Spiderman fingers for variations....) OH- I'm not sure if I mentioned but a girl I work (Jen) with is going to Greece next Wed. for a week with her friend. The friends husband wouldn't get on a plane so she "offered" to take Jen! All expenses paid in 5 star resort!!!!! She's Indian (one of the tribes here) and when they turn 21 they are given $25,000 and she's always wanted to go to Greece. How cool is THAT??!!

I forgot to mention that I got a new luggage set at Target the other day when I picked up my travel size stuff! It's purple and Pierre TOTALLY made fun of me for it but I wanted something that stood out and Bella picked it. He doesn't have to use it so.... I fell asleep on my deck to day and woke up with the worst headache that nothing got rid of until my sister came over and offered to take Cooper to the mall. She already had Bella so I was all for it and am feeling a bit better now except part of my face got burned

Pierre got his and Coop's passports out of the safety deposit box yesterday so I finally finished checking in online and printed out the forms Another check off my list! AND I got my Disney Rewards card worth $225!!!!! Jeez, this trip is sneaking up fast now! Off to find some board shorts for Bell's
