I believe we emailed about the gluten free food. The Napa room did a great job. I ad randy take pictures but I don't have them back yet. She had her own salad, main course looked a ot like what the rest of us had-it was huge, brownie with ice cream and chocolate sauce for dessert. I never did see the gluten free cupcake but she was very happy with her dessert.
The dessert party was another story. I was so disappointed. She had one item unwrapped and 2 that were wrapped with the store packaging. I could have went out and bought her some things a lot cheaper. She was also able to have the fresh fruit we had. Luckily she was still full from lunch so she didn't really mind.
I can share pictures when I get them. Glad your planning is coming along.
Thanks so much for letting me know! This is one thing that keeps coming back to mind when we start talking about food. I'll have to keep that in mind when planning the DP desserts.
I hope everything works out with the dresses...that seems so weird that you cannot order any from the US? What about Canada? Lots of stores here sell that designer.
They all look gorgeous, but I love the Jenna on you!
Hmm, I should look into Canada, I didn't think about that...

Or can you order from the UK? Not sure if they are just as expensive as Oz.
I think that while the UK is cheaper then Australia, it's still a bit more expensive then the states, and then when you add shipping and the like to the cost, it goes up and ends up being comparable to the AU cost. But I'll look anyway, I could be wrong!

So DF has thrown me yet another curve ball

I was explaining to him the current dilemna of booking flights between Orlando and Cancun. At the moment, Delta is the only airline that does direct flights between the two, and it only does them on Saturdays. We were hoping for 10 days in Cancun, and direct flights both there and back (as flights with stop overs turn a 2 hour flight into a 7 hour flight, which just doesn't make sense to me!

DF made the suggestion that I look into one way flights from Cancun to LA, an see if they go direct, as we have to go in that direction anyway (Even though we've already got flights booked from Orlando back to LA, it might end up being better for us to do this)
I tell DF that I'm able to book direct flights from Cancun to LA on a Monday, which would give us 9 days in Cancun, and is a nice compromise in my opinion. It would also mean we'd have two nights in LA before our flight home, so DF starts thinking of what we could do in LA. I suggest 6 Flags, coz I've always wanted to go there, however DF believes that he will be theme parked out at that stage

So I'm brain storming, and checking out TripAdvisor for some ideas, when DF casually asks me "How close is Vegas to LA?" I answer that it's a decent trip, maybe an hours flight away. So DF says oh, ok, and leaves it at that for a while. He then comes back quite excited "Are there direct flights from Cancun to Vegas?!?"
I look into it, and while there aren't, there's only a 1 1/2 hour stopover in Pheonix...
So now we're thinking about doing a couple of days in Vegas on our way home...

So... More research for me...
