You're welcome It's just habit - I used to edit people's term papers and such all the time, and I have a very annoying tendency to correct things I see on TV or, say, at restaurants or in the paper. There's this restaurant near my house that spelled it "restuarant" on their sign, and another that spelled "king crab" as "kingh clab".

But yeah, the invitations are beautiful! Can't wait to see the finished product!

I just got an email from my coordinator. The Whitehall room has been booked for a convention on the 2nd of March!!

So I have two options, change the date, or change the location...

Changing to the 3rd wouldn't be that big of a problem, except I'd have to change Misty. Changing to the St. James Room also wouldn't be that big of a problem, except I really liked the whitehall room!

Oh well, I'm off to work out some scenarios... Anyone have any pics of the St. James Room?

Noooooo! How dare that convention! I shake my fist in their general direction! Such space hogs!

I don't think I have pics of St James Room. The St Augustine room will be our actual venue for the reception we will be in the White Hall room just for the cocktail hour, it is rather pretty, there are some pics on my PJ.

Augustine would be a good alternative, b/c it's also at the GF. I think df is leaning more towards swapping to the 3rd if it's available and keeping WHR. So now I've got to wait to hear from Misty and see how her availability looks.

It's not too big of an upset, better to find out now then between the 12 and 8 months

Yeah, she's available on either the 1st or the 3rd. I think DF would prefer to keep the whitehall room and move to the 3rd, so now I'm just double checking that the whitehall room is available on that day too.

So I know I am a bit late, but I just finished reading your PJ and I love, love, love, your ideas!!! I love the dress, I love the cake, everything, you've got great ideas. Your envelopes are amazing, how did you get that design printed on them? Did you print the addresses as well? I really love your invites, did you get your pockets from cards and pockets? We bought ours from a combination between cards and pockets and paper and more. I am having the same dilemma you are having about which hotel to stay in. We are really thinking about POR as well because of the King Size bed option and how cheap it is and from what I have heard from the Resort boards a lot of people favor POR over the Deluxe Resorts and I can see why. I spent like 3 hours looking at picks of POR and the Deluxe resorts, I know I have too much freetime , and all I have to say is there really isn't an extravagent difference between the look of POR and the Deluxes so we decided we could use the extra money to stay longer instead of spending so much on the Deluxe, though this is not set in stone we are really thinking about staying at POR. It's really up to you on what you think is best after all, it is your disneymoon!

That's exactly how we felt about POR, the grounds look so nice, and I can just imagine how nice pictures would be in front of the mansions.

I'll have to double check what brand name the pocket folds are. I bought them here in Aus, but I think they're an American brand. The pattern is coloured paper that I stuck stuff on top of... I think if that's what you're asking you'll understand what I've just said... But now I'm not so sure! It was pretty easy to do, but that's possibly because I just did one, but doing something like 30 might be a different question!

Yeah POR is lovely, I just can't see myself paying so much for a deluxe room when it is so lovely at POR for half the price, lol. The only other place DF and I were thinking about is some place on the boardwalk because of the location.

Oh it's probably not cards and pockets then because that is an online company, but it's cool that you have a retailer you can by pockets from there because there isn't much variety in my area that's why I had to order them online. If you are looking for anymore stationary you should check them out though at cardsandpockets.com they got some pretty good stuff.

ahh poop, the whitehall room is booked from the 2nd to the 6th So that means if we want it, it will have to be the 1st. That's not a huge deal, but it means we'll only have 2 full days between arriving and the wedding...

so we'll probably have to do the marriage cert. by mail

I think what really worries me, is if it's booked like this already, what's it going to be like between now and the 8 month mark!?!

It makes the rooms that can be booked at 12 months out look like a good idea
! Oh well, can just wait and see I spose...

That's the problem with conferences, they take out the whole working week and then the weekend might be either a conference or a wedding on contention.
Plus March is so nice down there too!

Nuts! Well I think that maybe it is meant to be on the 1st. One less day to wait !

Not as cool as the 2nd mind you, but I am biased since it is a very special day *coughmybirthdaycough* but that makes 24 hrs less to marry the man of your dreams. Still I am pretty annoyed at that conference, that is an awful lot of time to hog that space!
