Just curious - Does anyone know exactly how it works? If we have FP's for the 1:00 show, what time should we arrive and where would we be seated?

Be there 15 min., or so, before show-time.

Sit anywhere.

BTW, if there is anything else you'd rather use your FP+ for, I'd change
it for this B&B FP+.

I love the B&B show, but it does not need a FP.

Much more info HERE.

Entrance to B&B show is...
Priority Access - Indicates guests with FP+ are allowed into the general show area before or at the same time (via a separate queue) as standby guests. This type of access has little value in terms of saving time or securing preferred viewing.

Thanks Robo! I just looked at my plans and we are visiting DHS 3 times and so I have FP's for TSMM (2 times), ToT (3 times), RnR (2 times) and StarTours (2 times) over the course of those visits. I know we'll also get a few in at RD so I 'm considering dropping a RnR for B&B strictly for a time saver. We've been to the show every trip and love it, but really don't want to wait in line long. Just wondering how much time I'd actually save, and still have good seats (yes, all seats are good I know! :goodvibes)

Oooops! I just read Mesa's link you provided! Definitely doesn't seem like we need the FP :thumbsup2
