Like most Beatlemaniacs, I can't pick just one. I could list about 10 or 15 off the top of my head, and then lay in bed tonight and remember 10 more favorites. Here's a short list:

I am a huge Beatles fan - it would be absolutely impossible for me to choose any one song.

The entire B side of Abbey Road....which is more or less one giant song!

I posted before I read your post. It's kind of funny how Beatle fans all reference "the entire B side of Abbey Road" using those exact words, almost as if that is a song title itself. Know what I mean?

We were playing rock'n'roll trivia one night with two teams. My son and I were on opposing teams and when everyone else ran out of answers for the question "Name a title of a Beatles song", he and I were left going head to head for ten minutes. We're both big Beatles fans.
My favorites would have to be "In My Life" and "Blackbird"

Eleanor Rigby.

I like that song too..but I got the total meaning of the song wrong.

According to some sources like wiki, it's basically about an old maid who works at a church and tend to couples getting married while knowing she never will.

I always thought Eleanor Rigby was a socialite who was marrying someone she didn't love , but who had status/money because her family wanted her to, and that she was unhappy about it.. A stretch perhaps from the intended meaning..
