Beast only at Restaraunt?

I bought my daughter a Belle dress thinking I could get a cute picture of her with Beast. But it looks like the only way to get a photo with Beast is at Dinner at BOG restaurant. I wasn't able to get reservations -am I out of luck on the photo?

You could try a walk up for BOG. You would have to be able to eat a very early Dinner or a very late Lunch. I believe they open at 4:30p.m. so be there around 4pm to try and get in.

They open at 4pm for dinner. I'd say to get there sometime around 3:30pm at the latest if you wanted to try and walk up. If you're one of the first parties there, your chances are much better.

I'm not sure if this was just a random sighting, but when we were there last for lunch he was taking photos. Good luck!

That's odd. At dinner he takes photos in the room they use at lunch for taking orders. Where was he?

"1:00 - 1:40pm / France Promenade / Belle has her own storybook adventure when she finds Beast and the enchanted friends who welcome her to the castle."

Does anyone know what this "storybook adventure" is, and whether there might be a Beast photo opportunity at this event?

Since she's in her provincial outfit in Epcot (i.e., the blue dress) maybe this is just a reference to that, since when she first meets Beast and the items in the castle, she's wearing that dress? We've never met her in Epcot...does she carry a storybook with her?

I don't believe so. It's a standard M&G. The verbiage on the app (I verified the iPhone MDE app says it as well) is incorrect and unfortunately misleads guests into thinking it's more than it actually is.

We were there last week, and the only place to meet Beast was at BoG. We had an 8:15 reservation but I overheard people walking up. They were quoting high wait times, but not turning them away.

My DD6 chose the Belle dress at BBB and really wanted to see both Belle and the Beast while she was wearing the dress. The only way to get pics of Belle in her yellow gown was at ETwB. She'll be in the blue dress at Epcot-no storybook.

I've been to the M&G multiple times in Epcot, and she never had anything with her. As has been reported here by Mesaboy (and you can check Kenny the Pirate's website), Beast does not appear in any other meet and greets except at BOG.

Check the appearance schedule. Beast and Belle are usually in France most days in EPCOT. Other than that, I believe there is no other appearance by Beast and I have heard that you need to have a reservation at BOG to see him at dinner time. I can confirm at the end of August when we go.

This is not correct any longer, as MesaBoy mentioned previously. Beast has not met iN EPCOT for some time now. He is ONLY available at BOG. Kennythepirate.com has all the up to date character locations. Is is a great resource.
