Bealls code AP question

ok quick post. first phamtom was right, no problem getting the the 2yr 2 park PAP. I bought mine 3 wks ago, had it fedex to my home, went thru gates on Wed, went to vacation services to get pass made. Didn't even have to ask about the expiration date since the TM wrote it on my AP discount/benfit flyer - 08/08/08 :)

Glad it worked for me and think it will for you too.

p.s. posting from my pda in the rpr resort - fotl is going to make future disney trips difficult.

When you received them at your home, did they just say 2 Park Preferred Annual Pass?? That's what ours says and DH was slightly concerned it had no mention of 2 years (or anything w/ the Bealls promo)

fotl is going to make future disney trips difficult.
absolutely! ::yes::

If, by chance when your AP is processed and if it just processes as 1 year, just tell them that you bought the 2 year and they will adjust the date. It's a simple fix.

okay thanks! ......but I was kinda hopin' YOU are workin' that day....be kinda kewl to meet another DISer.... :goodvibes ......but, will have receipt w/ me, don't worry! :thumbsup2

I just wanted to bump this up and see if anyone else had any other experiences with this. I bought my passes and opted to pick them up at the kiosk, but at the time I bought them it did not say FL residents only on the site.

They are still not checking for FL ID and no one who is processing the AP are enforcing the FL resident rule. You will be fine.

When we got our "passes/vouchers" (had them sent to us at home), it has NO mention of being a Fla. resident on them.......trust phantom, she knows what she's talking about! :thumbsup2

Great thanks! I won't be using mine until Dec. so hopefully this will still be the case!

We picked up our 'Bealls' AP's two weeks ago. We had our admission tickets sent to us in the UK, and once we were through the gates (at US) we went straight to Guest Services where we had our photos taken and we were given our AP's. It all took about 10 minutes and they didn't ask to see a Bealls receipt - I hope that helps

Mandy

p.s Thanks for putting this info on here guys, as buying these AP's is a lot cheaper than buying 2 x One week tickets for each of us from over here in the UK (as we were visiting in August and then in the New Year)

Thanks for the update Mandy. Hopefully this will put a few peoples' minds at rest :thumbsup2

Another happy buyer here of the 2 yr Bealls deal!

Bought tix on-line, picked up at kiosk in the evening we arrived in Orlando. THe next day, got to US at opening time, used my ticket and went straight over to Guest Services. They had me fill out a form (on which you state your residence / contact info... I put it all down as it is... West Virginia and all). Took it back to clerk who said, "SMILE!" took my pic, then handed me a card and said, "Your pass expires on 8/8/08." And there ya have it. 2 yr pass in possession, with no Bealls receipt nor Fla DL. The whole thing was like a cake walk.

WHich just goes to show ya..... The Phamton knows alllllllllllll. :wizard:

(Thanks, phamton! :goodvibes )

Ok one more paranoid question....(can you tell I know nothing about Universal?) I ordered our tickets about a month ago and chose to pick them up the kiosk, but that won't be until Dec. 26. Is it ok to order them that far in advance and pick them up there?

Thanks so much!

it's just an order in the computer system waiting to be confirmed. as long as you have your confirmation code and your ID, it can be retreived by Guest Services at anytime.

I doubt you'll have any problem with the kiosks.

you will not have a problem picking them up.
once you enter your confirmation number and cc, the tickets will be released to you.

be sure to take the same cc with you that you placed your order with.
if you don't, you will need to go to guest services for assistance.
