that's ok, i didn't mean anything negative by it. just wanted to give a heads up so others don't have the same problem in trying to get thru.

i used the toll free number for the vacations and tickets line.
my main concern was getting the ap on the bealls promo and getting the refund on my past purchase of the pass.

i am just so thrilled that everyone here is so helpful in helping others and passing on info some of us don't know.

if you had not posted what you did, i might be holding those 5 day passes until they expired! thanks for helping me.

I have been reading all I can find on it and came across some of the posts about the Burger King tickets that were buy one year get one year free are due to expire this year. Does this promotation only come along every other year, or do they offer it in one form or another every year?

fed ex delivered my promo ap today.

it looks just like the regular day tickets except on the back it states, photo id required. and states, good for one entry only.



my cc has given me the credit for the passes i bought back in january.
the uo employee had authorized that credit

now i am good to go.............

the BK promo was the last one that was offered. we bought the BK ones, and they just expired. we got a mailer to renew at the same rate about a week ago.

i posted about this as i had the same experience. i bought the 5 day passes in january and had them fed ex to me.
i planned to keep the 5 day pass but i talked to a supervisor at universal sales/tickets and she said the ticket i bought will expire end of 07 even tho no expiration listed on it.

i don't believe her but did a refund on the 5 day pass. i had to give the confirmation number for her to find it and cancel it in the system. she told me not to try to use it as it is invalid

i bought the promo of bealls 2 yr preferred annual pass at the UO site.
use BEALLS06 as the code to get to the order site.

i also had this pass fed ex to me which has already arrived.

you can call universal sales/tickets and they can give you credit on your cc for the tickets you do not want, it only takes 3 minutes to do this on the phone. order your universal pap and do kiosk pick up. it takes 24 hours for the order to go thru for pick up.

ticket sales told me i could not get guest services to give me credit on the 5 day passes as i bought them from the website on line store. they are a different department.


order your pap at the website. you have the code to get in to do that.
write down your confirmation number on that order. your charge will be $179. plus tax for a 2 year preferred pass.

call universal, tell them you have the pap and no longer want the tickets you bought previously.
they will ask for confirmation #'s on old order and new order.
took about 3 minutes for entire transaction and i do have credti on my cc for the $106.xx now.

I'm confused. I just checked the website and it actually says you MUST show a receipt from Bealls in order to get the second year free. So I'm assuming that when I go and activate my voucher for the actual AP I will have to show the Beall receipt. So how are the folks here getting the receipts? I'll be in WDW mid August, so could actually go to the store and get one and still get home and order my APs for my October trip. Any suggestions? So the ad looks like you are buying an AP, but in order to get the second year free, you have to have the receipt??

There is an asterisk next to that and if you click on the asterisk link on the bottom it takes you to a PDF file and in tiny letters on the bottom it says the same thing that is on the Universal page that I quoted you. The first page you are showing is the Beals page not the Universal one.

i could not get the ap on the bealls site.


i did it under the universal site.

go to universal website.
click on tickets/ap

you will get a screen and it shows the bealls promo of buy the ap and it is valid for 2 years.

click on that.

then you will get a screen and it says, list coupon code.

in that box type BEALLS06.

you will then have the screen open up to the universal order for the ap.

place your order and list if you want international delivery of $20, US deliver fed ex of $15 or free kiosk pick up at the park.


anyone that has the coupon code i posted up there can get the special 2 year preferred annual pass.

i did it this week and did the fed ex. received my ap on friday morning /yesterday.

let me know if you need more help in ordering.

i have only seen the burger king special promo twice since 1998.
i do not live in the area but have been dising since 2000. used another screen name for years until i switched screen names in 02.

order the pap from the universal site.

what i received in the mail is the universal ticket. it looks just like the day tickets or 5 day passes.

on the front is the universal picture.
on the reverse side is printed, photo id required.

in small print on the very top of it : 2 yr preferred annual pass.

on the bottom is the bar code to verify that .


once you have the pap, you enter to the park and go to guest services.
you have your id taken there for the pass.

the ticket i received that is marked, photo id required, allows me to enter the park the day i go to activate my pap.

this is really how it is on these promo passes.

universal did not have the same bealls special listed on their site when bealls announced it, it came out a few days later as i checked.

order from universal, i personally know that it is the 2 yr pap and you do not have to show a bealls receipt when you validate.

We are arriving Sun around 4-5 and I bought the preferred annual pass. I just read where the 5 day tickets might expire in 07 even though it doesn't say that. I need to get on the phone.
