Is this on the DDP and if so is it considered counter or table service?

Yes, it is a TS credit. One of the two or three TS restaurants that are much lower in value than the others.

ok so its counted at a table service with table service you are elegable for dessert does that mean you can get a Kitchen sink for dessert with the plan has anyone done this?

Dining Plan credits cannot be used for menu items intended to be consumed by more than one patron. DIS members have relayed here on the boards that the Kitchen Sink is indeed not included on the Dining Plan.

While I agree that the Kitchen Sink is not included on the DDP and that a single credit can not be used for items intended for two, you can share such items at some restaurants. We have done so for appetizers at Raglan Road and there was a dessert at GFC for two that we considered.

Yup. I should have just quoted the Dining Plan FAQ:
Of course, "add-ons" are never included, nor are items intended for more than a single diner (though in some cases two diners may be able to order an item-for-two).
