Beach Question

Are all the beaches in St. Maarten nudist beaches?

I'm not sure but we didn't run into too much nudity when we were there on the beach where the ship docks.

I believe on the french side total nudety is permitted (clothing optional they call it) and on the Dutch side only topless bathing is allowed.
