VDH Questions for Purchasing

I'll see if I can get him to create an account. Though I'm not sure if he cares much about it anyway.
It fun to have. If bought each using your own email, the activation codes would have come. Member Services can set him up. (I’m guessing then no digital DVC card for his phone wallet either).

I don't mind cold weather. And in the winter, I'm always coming from a much colder climate so I haven't been too bothered. At least not during the day. And now we never stay very late so we're back in the room before it gets super cold.
I saw people in shorts in december I could not believe but I'm sure now that you say it they are used to this cold and im not. I was wearing a huge snow jacket that I wore in Alaska 🤣🤣

What theyre trying to dispose of us early?!?

I wore shorts and a t-shirt every day we were there in December. Sweat my butt off in the afternoons. I did put a sweatshirt on at night sometimes though. My son and husband wore thin pants in the evenings.

Its 78 degrees in my house and im cold

I would die. We keep our thermostat around 71ish all year long.

You have probably seen me mention I was born and raised in CA.

That must be it. I have a hard time remembering who is who and who lives where.

Because they can. 😂 This is one of the big things I wasnt aware of initially. When doing my calculations for cost to own I was giving a whole extra year at first.

All contracts at all resorts expire at the end of January. I do feel like it's weird because it means my last UY, at VGC, for example will only be June 2059-January 2060.

And I assume that means December UY people only get 2 months to use their points?

Get to test it January 2041. Will they have a $0 Dues final year?? We will see.

Since dues are per calendar year, I assume we all pay for that very last full year. And then maybe they won't make us pay dues for January of the expiration year?

I do worry it will be hard to find any bookings in those final couple years as people want to use up their points.

You would die at my house. We keep it at around 65 in winter. Of course we are in Seattle so 78 is way too hot for us! At 80 people here start dying!
Okay Im not quite a cold living place girl then... Id freeze and my husband would die from my complaining if it were 65 in my house. We are at 71
