Hi there! I know this exists because I found it on a site somewhere. And, now of course, I can't remember where. Where can I find a map of the Beach Club rooms - specific rooms. Not a beach club generic map. I'd love to be able to see it and determine which rooms have full balconies vs. standing balconies and what the views are so we can make a request for our July trip.

thanks!

I have to say, I know you can't request room numbers, but we just had 5705 and the view was AWSOME. If I get a chance to download my pictures I'll post it. It overlooked SAB and a really nice view of the Boardwalk and the S&D resorts. It had a full balcony and I guess the room may be a little smaller than some because of the dormer on the one side or whatever it's called, but the view more than made up for it.

Well, you can request specific room numbers but I guess you can't count on getting it. Tell me, was this a standard or water view? We've booked standard. All I want is this: no parking lot or roof top view, and a full balcony. I've put that in my ressie request but about 3 days prior I might fax in a bit more specifics.

I can't wait to see your pics.

Hi... we were just next door to you. 5707. It was an amazing room and a complete suprise for us, becuse we had booked a standard room. We left on 5/26

Hope we weren't too loud :rotfl2:

We just booked standard and I requested full balcony no smoking and got the bump to conceirge. We left on the 24th. We kept telling our kids to be quite so we didn't bother you.

We were at the cabins before the BC and they could be as loud as they wanted there, so it was an adjustment. I hope we weren't too loud

I'm going to try faxing our requests to YC for the first time this trip, so I'll let you know how we make out.

No.. the kids did not bother us at all. You were not noisy at all. We kept pretty late hours so hopefully we didn't make too much noise for you, especially our arrival night (Sat) which we got into the room about midnight. Pretty interesting that we both got bumped to club level, definately some Disney Magic.

You're welcome! I have a semi-good memory for where I've read things. and Joe Cool's original description of Yacht & Beach club was a fantastic job. Hope it helps.

OP here thanking you - this is a great site. I hope to luck up with a good room. The last time we stayed at the BC was 2005 and we requested a full balcony, no smoking and a nice view. We got a great room on the 4th floor - it had a long skinny balcony and the view was the woods and the BCV. Very nice - hey...as long as I don't get a rooftop or parking lot, I'm cool! But, man - 5705 and 5707 look like great rooms.

Question though - are the concierge level? Or did they use to be concierge level.

They are concierge level, but it seems like we both got a lot of pixie dust that Saturday, because I and luck1 both booked standard and got the bump. So if you're not booked concierge, here's some pixie dust for you as well.:wizard:

I'm wondering that, myself! they do look great. I got a great deal with AP discount for July $1965 for 9 nights (standard)--I switched from GF lagoon view--couldn't beat the price. If you find out about 5705/5707 let us know. ooops, I see someone did find out!
