Beach Club 2BR Needed Feb 3-10 2005

We are looking for a 2 BR Villa at the Beach Club February 3-10 2005. The departure date is flexible. I will be there for a meeting ending Feb 3 and my family will be joining me.

I am new to this and need to know if I am doing this correctly.
