Be Our Guest Reservations

I got a reservation for August 12th of this year. I had been trying online everyday 4x a day to get a resie at bog for 2 months. I finally said screw it and call Disney dinning and asked if any of my travel dates were available. The woman said no then as I was about to hang up she said wait we just had a cancelation. I was schocked! It's for 925 at night but I didn't care. I wanted it so bad.

Just keep trying. Hopefully you get lucky and get a cancelation like I did.

Has anyone actually been able to get dinner reservations at BOG??? We have been trying for months and EVERY date we check online shows unavailable.

Yes we have had three trips since opening with another coming soon and every one we have had dinner there at least once for the week. (One of the trips we had dinner there two nights of the trip) I actually just found one TODAY for Be Our Guest for our upcoming trip so I snagged it :cool1:. I stalk the reservations page on the Disney site so you can get lucky here and there just have to be patient. I would also suggest subbing to a cancellation thread so you might be able to find one there too! Good Luck I hope you get lucky with one soon!! :goodvibes

Just got one for August 14th..and saw open dinner slots for almost every day that week!

Never had a issue getting our dinner reservations for Aug 13. But then again I made them all as soon as my ADR's opened up.

Keep checking several times a day. We're going to WDW in a couple weeks and I've been checking obsessively 3-5x a day for specific dining reservations. Doing that, I caught a reservation for BOG for dinner on the 15th a few nights ago (that happened exactly ONE time out of the dozens... ok hundreds...) of times I've checked reservations for our week. Unfortunately we're going to a different park that day and aren't purchasing Park Hopper tickets.

Also while checking obsessively, I was able to get Cinderella's Royal Table reservations for the 14th a couple nights ago (have also seen exactly one of those open up during this time period).

In the interest of helping to track how far out the 180 day booking tends to run.....

Last year I was able to get BOG Nov 1st at 180+6
This year I was able to get it for Oct 29th at 180+4

I should probably clarify, that I'm not sure if there were earlier days available for either year. Both times I was able to find an opening on my 1st choice day, so I didn't search others. My best advice to everyone trying to book at 180 is be online right at 6AM (ok, that one is pretty obvious). Also, try to pick a day late in your trip. Always search & book the later days 1st as they're more likely to have openings. If you book a +9 days & then get lucky to also find a +3, you can always cancel the 1st one. But if you waste a bunch of time searching days +1, +2, +3, etc., then day +9 might get booked up while you're searching.

I got my ADR at 180 days exactly @ 6am sharp. Had to book 2 tables for our little party of 5:/ would love to sit together- the ADR is 5 min apart or else they could've merged them. Should I keep checking for a table for 5? I thought the site said they can separate parties of 5 or more at their discretion. And we are all adults. Or should I hope they will merge us when we get there?

Can't answer for certain but this happened to us a few years ago at CRT. We actually had 3 separate reservations as far as 30 minutes apart, but we all checked at the same time and the folks at CRT graciously sat us all together at a table for 9. I believe if they have the space to accommodate you they will do what they can.

I had this problem for our trip in October. I use Small World Travel for help with things like this and my agent emailed me ten min after my time opened to be able to make reservations and already the day we wanted and the day after were completely booked. Luckily she just made a reservation for us for when she could so we are still able to eat there one night of our vacation.

Maybe try going that day early for lunch, I know they get lines but it is possible to get in at least.

I got one for August about a month ago.

It was suggested from a disney employee that I use the My disney experience app and check it at all different times during the day, but that between 11pm and midnight is when cancelations occur. Something about kids going to bed and having time :)

The website will always show nothing only the app is updated when they have openings - or it seems that way.

I also had a friend who checked everyday about a month out and they were able to book a ressie.

What is this My Disney Experience app? Where do I find it?

I tried right at 6am at the 180 day mark and found nothing...on any of our days. I keep checking constantly (and when I work from home, often about every 10 min). Nothing. Is this something to download on your phone?

Yes the app is available for iPhone and Android. I have it on my Kindle though it is not fully functional there.

Do keep checking. I got an 8pm reservation for 4pp last Thursday about 4 days before.

It's hard to have to wait that close to see if something opens up but people wait to cancel. I looked at today a few minutes ago and there was a 4:15 for 4 available.

Having to be patient is the hardest part for me.

Good luck!

So wouldn't work on Windows Phone then?

Great you scored an ADR. I just checked (for the fun of it) for the 4:15 time above and don't see it. So guess it's gone...already. Could I be doing something incorrect in my search, as I have yet to ever see BOG available (including possible dates during our trip and random searches)

I don't have one but the app is supposed to work on Windows phones. It is just Kindle and Windows Tables it doesn't fully work on. The dining reservation part works on my Kindle but the ride wait times and the daily schedule don't.

Those ADRs do come and go very quickly for sure.

Cool. So any idea what exactly it's called? I did just download "Disney World" and "Disney Expedition" apps, but don't see any ability to book or check for ADRs.

Sadly, I just had to cancel mine for Oct 18th because I changed my dates to get in on Free Dining. That was hard to do! I'm going to keep checking multiple times a day for cancellations and hope for the best.

I haven't told DD yet, she's going to be so mad at me for changing dates! For $700+, you can eat with the Beast next year!!! We were able to go last trip, so I guess it's not technically child abuse. ;)

I was lucky enough to score a ADR for BOG at 180 +2 for 5 in November. It's at 8:20pm so it might of been available because it might interfere with ppl wanting to see wishes since I think they are at 9pm that night. That's fine with us since we can see wishes from our resort every night!
