I can find the 12 digit confirmation number in the MDE app. I go to my reservations, and then see the resort reservation. When I select the resort reservation, it loads another page--for a split second, it then shows the 12 digit number before this number turns back into the shorter confirmation number. I did this over and over until I was able to copy down all 12 numbers.

My trip is in just over 2 weeks and I already have my BOG FP (yay!) - got my number off my luggage tags. I just wanted to say that you are genius! And fast! I checked my app just to see what you are talking about and, sure enough, that 12 digit number flashes on the screen. I don't think I would have been able to get those middle numbers no matter how many times I looked at it, but how in the world did you stumble across that?

I wonder if the OP would be prepared to edit their initial post to include some current information, or would it be better for a regular contributor to start a new thread (for which the initial post could be updated more easily) and we get this one closed and pointed to the new one?

I've always got the number by looking at the 'Online check in' icon. Simply right-click on it and select copy link. Then open a new browser tab and paste it. NOW: Look at the link and you'll see the 16 digit code that starts with a 4. That's the room reservation number associated with your package reservation.

I know this worked a couple of weeks ago with a reservation a relative have. I don't have any current ones or I'd verify it again...

We are set to arrive next week and I am trying to make BOG FastPass+ reservations. When I go to the site, it doesn't ask me for my reservation number and then my travel party are 2 other people that I traveled with on a business trip last year and not my family that will be traveling with me next week. I can change the travel party names, but there are only 3 people listed and I need 5 for my family. Has anyone had problems with this or know how to resolve the issue? I think if I could just change the reservation number it would work? Any help would be great! Thanks all!

Create a new disney.com account with a different email address and log in using that, you might find the details will update that way.

OK, thanks! But is the FastPass supposed to link to my Magic Band? Will it effect anything if I make a new account just for that?

This test system doesn't seem to link to anything much (it's not tied to the rest of the FastPass+ system) you should be OK.

Do I have to wait until my 60 day mark to find the res. Id? I tried numerous times following the directions and got nothing. Also, I have a TA, so is the system set up differently. We are going late sept. Would really enjoy BOG, since I passed up our dinner ressie :-/ TIA

a former poster of today said that until today only August 9th opened. up.

I just tried to log in to the special site and first of all it did not ask me for the 12 digit number and then when I try to get a fast pass it only shows me September 6th to 12th ???? And yes it is really September - there is "Sep" written on my screen....

Is this just because I'm too early ? Our trip starts August 29th....

I would ask your TA to get you the number you need.

I don't think so because we are just doing a 2 day trip august 29th and 30th - so the dates showing up don't match our trip at all,,,,,

Help. I go through the link and it has my name a birthday and when I try to put my confirmation # in it will not allow the 2 letters. I'm afraid I'm going to have this issue at midnight when I go to book my other fastpasses. Anyone have any ideas?

same here -- have not been asked for a reservation number, but it shows Aug 16-23 but no FP avvailable.

i cannot pick a week before or after either.
