Be Our Guest for lunch.

Don't let the long line drive you away. We've waited 30 min tops but usually get in between 15-20 minutes.

You can also get a fast pass for lunch once you get into the park.

I usually do a really light (or no) breakfast and get there around 10:30 for an early lunch and the line is even shorter.

Try to avoid peak lunch times 12:00-1:30 as it will be a longer wait.

Enjoy!pixiedust:

Last October on a crowd level 5 day when waits for the mountains, etc. were less than 20 minutes, we went to BOG at 12:45 p.m. and had to wait an hour. It was the only long line that day. lol // We are going again in December, not Christmas week, but the week before. Unfortunately DS wants to do it again, we are offsite, and we eat a big breakfast before rope drop, so aren't ready for lunch until later. It's a crowd level 5 day again, and I'm anticipating I might have to wait an hour for lunch again too with similar timing to last October. // If you are onsite and can make a reservation, I think it's well worth it.

Thank you OP for starting this thread and to everyone who posted information!

I didn't know anything about being able to get a fastpass for lunch at BOG. I do not have my reservation number (the 12 digit one), so I called Disney this AM. The CM looked and finally found it in her system. She switched me over to dining, but they said they only do ADRs for dinner. You have to contact the restaurant directly. I used the website posted above and was able to make our "fastpass" for the exact time I wanted! :cool1:

Again, thanks for all the info posted!

They let you into line right up until the posted end time of lunch so you could get in line right at the last minute and enjoy a nice quiet lunch with the place mostly empty.

Anyone else make "ghost" BOG FP reservations, that you know popped up as confirmed, yet after hitting "done" are not anywhere to be found???

I thought I was going nuts- made 2 reservations and poof, they were gone. Called the main line and they had no idea, so transferred me to Dining. Dining, said "sorry- I can't help you".... So I asked for Tech Support. Tech Support laughed when I explained whaat I was trying to do and promised I am NOT nuts (at least this time)...lol.

Apparently, even though there is an option in the BOG lunch FP site to view existing BOG FP reservations, it doesn't work?! They advised that I check with Guest Relations/ Concierge once I check in, b/c at this point, they are the only ones with access to view those reservations???

So moral of the story....take a screen shot of your confirmation screen!
This FP+ doesn't show up anywhere else in MDE. BUT, if you go back to the BOG FastPass link and log back in, it gives you the option to change it if you want. So you can look at what you have there, even if it doesn't appear anywhere else.

I must be missing something, because the BOG lunch site is exactly where I've been trying to access info on previous BOG FP+ reservations. Once I log in, the button to view/ change reservations appears disabled (light grey/ not selectable), but the link to make a new reservation is always active (bold/ able to select). Maybe it's the browser I'm using? I'll try Chrome or Firefox and see if I have better luck...

that's very reasonable when you consider that most places have a minimum of a 15-20 minute wait!

How do you get a fp in the park? Do you still have to be a resort guest? I wonder what the wait times will be on my level 9 & 10 days during spring break?...

Thanks to whoever mentioned that your resort ID is in the URL when you check in online...I've been trying to log in and get a reservation forever! I even called the automated reservation line which said that there weren't any openings. Looks like there's still times available for June 15. I even refreshed my page a couple times and get a time closer to the one I wanted.

Can anyone tell me about how long it takes to eat there? I want to go hunting for a spot to watch the parade afterwards...

I am 62 days away from arriving and I've tried making a fastpass lunch reservation and I keep getting a message that says no slots available. Why is that? I also notice two different options one says direct to table and the other fastpass+ anyone know the difference?

yes, you have to be a Disney resort guest to use the BOG FP+. Not sure how someone could get a FP+ in a park, it can't be done at a kiosk, you have to use the special link and book it on line.

no way to know how the FP+ will be set up during Spring Break next year; it could be a regular FP+ by then.

I was wondering if someone could tell me if my BOG FP+ options have not opened up yet, or if there are not any left. I was able to log onto the BOG FP+ website and it showed me my reservation dates, but when I selected either available date it said there were no FP available. Should I continue to try every once in a while, or am I just out of luck?

I'm going to guess, given that you're four months out, that the FP+ window hasn't opened for you, yet. They usually open a month at a time, all at once (though they did open March and April at the same time). It's usually a month or so in advance, sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. There's usually a thread when a new month opens up on the Dining board.

Ok! Thank you! I was hoping that was the case, but I thought I would ask someone with more experience just to be sure! :goodvibes

I've gone back in several times to view and even change mine.
