Yeah, my parents saw that..and there were two specials here about it. One which was on the news and this other..was they caught about 60 predators in one day...

Well reading this and talking to my friend, I deleted my account. I barely had it started, but I didn't want one anymore. My friend told me in her area a girl met some guy from Myspace who she had a crush on. He came and killed her parents and took her. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but she is my good friend. She deleted her account too, so I don't think she'd be making it up. I'd rather be safe then sorry, but it's not like I had friends who I did not know.

That's why I don't like sites like that.

You can track down anybody if you know what you're doing. I know. I've done it. Google can get you pretty far, just by searching their name. I know I've googled myself and I found my email address and my website. This isn't really such a big feat.

i agree with sparx. i haven't tryed googling myself but im sure if i try hard enough i can find me. u just hvae to be careful and not be stupid. thats the thing about myspace. if ur stupid that something will happen to u. but if ur smart then ull be fine. im not friends with anyone i don't know. except for 2 people. i have about 5 dis friends, 1 radio talkshow person, and 1 really hot girl. but everyone else i know in real life and r either friends with or have spent sometime with.

I know the thing you're talking about, but it didn't have anything to do with the fact that they met on myspace. They barely even communicated on Myspace. They were girlfriend and boyfriend in real life. It was a huge story around here and it was just a coincidence that they had Myspaces.

That is my "about me" on myspace. that is basically all teh info that I've got on there except my location, which is under my name. I don't think that anyone would travel half way across the country to find me over THAT.
