I own points at BCV. And, I own points at OKW.

This past Thanksgiving, I stayed in a one bedroom at BCV. It was so convenient to EPCOT and MGM and BW.

I would love to spend time at OKW but can't decide if I want to stay that far away from the parks. OR, if I want to try something new (even though it costs more points) and try the Animal Kingdom.

I will be staying at BCV in May for a couple of days for the Flower Festival.

Someday, I want to go for the Food Festival!

I need to make my ressies soon and would like your input.

Thanks!

I would think the F&W festival and the Flower Festival would be the most important times to stay at BCV. As to being far from the parks at OKW, we don't notice too much, because the bus transportation is pretty good from there. If you have never tried OKW, you might be pleasantly surprised. It is especially great to have the extra space if you are there for a holiday like Thanksgiving. It also saves points.

If you don't mind spending the points, we LOVED AKL! You might even try getting a good AP rate there, because it might be better than spending the points. Those Savannah view rooms are AWSOME!

Call member service now and see if you still have a choice -you should - but Thanksgiving next year is the week of the 20th - so you might not have a choice - hope you do!!!!

Since you are staying in May for the flower and festavial in BCV I would go for something different for Thanksgiving - how much time are you going to spend in the parks????

however I will be at BWV for Thanksgiving - walking back after the Candlelight Procession is very nice....

I've stayed at all 3 places-OKW, BCV, and AKL. We always go to OKW in May-somehow that balcony with the fan over it, OKW has the best balconies and May is great weather (a little warm, that's why I like the fan). I love staying at BCV in November, around Thanksgiving. Although it's a good walk, it's so nice to get to see the Osborne Lights, then walk back. And you can't beat the ability to hop into Epcot WS for a French pastry!
