BCV in NY

Has sale of BCV been approved for sales in NY yet? Prior post had predicted around March 1st.

Unfortunately, I spoke to my guide last week, as we are going to OKW on the
17th of this month. I asked if we could just do this over the phone before we
get there, but she said no, they are not licensed to sell in NY yet. She went
as far to say that she cannot even discuss any of the incentives on the phone.
So we made an app't to see her in the afternoon of the 17th to buy our add
on points at BCV. It really doesn't seem fair. She said they are not allowed
to solicit sales in NY and even though we are calling her, it is still considered
soliciting. Go figure! If she gives me any clue to a date while I am down there,
I promise to post it on these boards for all fellow NYers.

Just talked to my guide about BCV--still a big NO in NY.
No word on when we will be able to spend more $$$!
