Had anyone actually had A Beach Club Villa contract past ROFR in Dec 21 or on 2022 yet? If you did was was the ppp?

I had one clear on November 30- it was $159/pt.

i had one pass in early december at @152pp. i was kind of surprised it did, honestly.

according to dvc resale market, contracts as low as $160pp were taken in december.

Mine passed at 170 points for $170pp in Dec 21. Pricing was high but it had all April use year 2020 points banked in 2021 plus all 2021 points banked in 2022. So the contract was fully loaded the the additional points available for a second vacation this year was a great bargain.

Ours was submitted in Mid January and passed on Feb 3rd 150 points at $155.00

Mine closed at the end of Dec for $157 per point (150 points)
