OK...can i get an update on the AC at BCV....last time we where there it seemed to work on a motion detector, and when i woke up sweating at night, i would have to do a lap around the room to get it to turn on again.....is this still the way it is?.....because if that is so, i want to know what time to wake my son up for AC duty!!!!

We didn't have any problems at all in our Studio in early June.

No problems here either, we were last there in May with daytime highs in the mid 80's.

Still on sensors as far as I can tell, but the temperature is still moderated. It doesn't seem to rise that much. (Three stays)

We were there in May and we had to keep readjusting the thermostat. When we got into the room it was somewhat warm and being in the room for awhile it would get too cold. Now it makes sense.

We have never had a problem with the air conditioning at nighttime. But, I am a person that is always up a couple of times during the night to get a drink of water, go to the bathroom etc., so maybe that keeps the air going??

I believe the entire property is moving to infrared/motion detection for HVAC controls. They are far more efficient. The infrared do not require motion, making it much better for sleeping.
