BCV 2 bedroom differences

Quick question. Since my room was booked (through third party) who had the DVC owner book it, is it ALREADY established which room it is? Or is the room randomly selected like five days out like a regular hotel room? I'm trying to see what the chances of me getting a pool view Vs. a road/wood view since it was actually booked by an owner?

It is done several days before check in, and I don't think how it's booked makes any difference. I used the TouringPlans room request tool last year for a rental at AKV and got exactly the room number I used in my "for example" comment after describing what I wanted; YMMV.

If you are booked at BCV, there are no bookable views at that resort. The owner can request a view, but it is not guaranteed.

The room isn't selected when it is booked. The room scheduler assigns the room a few days out from your arrival. If you want a specific view, the owner of the points will need to make that request.
