BCV 2 bdrm demand

At the BCV, what's more of a demand, a 2 bdrm dedicated (2nd bdrm with 1 Q bed and pullout couch) or a 2 bdrm lockoff?

Most in demand would be a 2 BR dedicated with 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom if I had to guess.

We prefer the lock-off.

I think the 2 br with 2 queen beds in 2nd br has the highest demand. I've had to waitlist for that room type when the other types were available. I think the lockoffs are the least difficult to book.

When you book a dedicated 2 bedroom at the other DVC's you get 2 queen beds, so I think some people may just assume that's what you'll get in BCV. So, whether it's requested or not could depend on whether people know you could get a dedicated 2 bedroom with only 1 Q and the pull out sofa.

For us, with our DGC, I've always booked and have gotten dedicated with the 2 Q beds.

PS. One dedicated 2 bedroom with the 1 queen and sofa bed in the second bedroom was available for cash, booked by my DCuz. It's all the way at the end of the hall by the stairs to the parking lot. It's my understanding the 2 bedrooms with the 2 Qs are NOT available for cash.

I would also think the 2br dedicated would be more in demand
