hello :-)

we have decided that we will split our trip in early dec between offsite and onsite ... we think that because of the time of year and the park hours that we will end up finishing several of our days at epcot ... we also plan to hit fantasmic, so we thought that one of the epcot resorts would make the most sense since we would be able to walk to epcot and mgm ... that said, is there much difference between them - they basically price out the same ... is one better than the other and why?

thanks much!

have a disney day!

2 weeks back from YC stay. stayed BC last May. at first we thought BC was the best than we stayed at YC and now it has become our favorite. we are always there in May or July and we just love sab. BC is closer walk to epcot for you. BC is more for the family with young kids. just the decor. YC is a little more refined. not stuffy, just nice without the kids running through all the time.

We've stayed at the BC several times and it is one of our favorite hotels. We also stayed at BW once, and it was nice, but definately like the BC better. Stormalong Bay (the pool shared by BC & YC) is fantastic. And we really like the atmosphere at the BC as well, it has a very relaxed feel.

My vote goes to the YC!!! It is our favorite resort. We love the nautical decor, SAB, the location, and the layout of the resort.

For you, it's really going to come down to the type of decor you prefer, because all three resorts are in the same location, and are similarly priced, although SAB beats the BWI IMHO!:D

I have stayed at the BWI, BC and I'll be at the YC shortly! They are all very nice resorts. It will come down to theming. Good luck deciding!:D

thank you all so much for your input ... sounds like perhaps, the bc may be the best choice as my dd is 10 and my ds will be 9 ... they have both visited the magic 3 times - offsite, cs and the wc ... their fav to date has been the cabins ... (i think they actually liked the golf carts the most ;-)
