Our fourth day Feb. 11th Sunday. Temp. 84 degrees!

We both got up early again as my DH went to the Health Club. We went to the Concierge for breakfast and coffee and decided to do EPCOT today. We walked along the Boardwalk before going to EPCOT and we were the only one's there practically except for a few runners. We took our time and got some beautiful pictures. Once in EPCOT the countries were not open but we spent time walking around the United Kingdom and took more pictures. This is a great time to go there when it is empty and you can get some great shots! We also walked over to Canada and got some pics by the Victoria Gardens!

We made our way to Future World and went on TT, The Land, SE, and both Innoventions! We spent a lot of time in Innoventions since we usually go through these too fast. It was a nice time. We got our free picture from Xerography and the CM said, "Hey, weren't you guys just here!" I said yes in Dec. and he said, I recognize you both! Imagine that! We stopped and chatted with him for a while asking him how he liked it in Florida, he was from NY origianlly. That is one of the things we love about WDW. We always take the time to talk to people and you meet such nice people, from the CM's to fellow vacationers etc. We also met some great people at the Concierge Lounge and we would talk every night with them!

Well anyway...we walked over to Mexico and waited for the rope to drop and went on El Rio boat ride. Shopped in Norway...for Christmas last year my DH surprised me with a Dale Sweater from Norway and he wanted to see if there were anymore there that he liked. After that we walked to Japan and waited for 12 noon for our PS at Tappenyaki! What a great time we had. We sat with 6 other people who knew each other and they were CM's at WDW! We had a blast talking and asking all kinds of questions. Needless to say the meal was EXCELLENT! I just Love that place. The lobster and shrimp were so good and the veggies! Yummmmmmm. I am making myself hungry.

We were full so we walked back to our room and got changed to go to the pool. You see we left 30 degrees and COLD in NJ so we wanted to take advantage of Florida's unseasonably warm Feb. weather. All week the weathermen keep saying what a great week it was for vacationers since Florida was 15 degrees above normal this week!

I took a walk over to the YC Concierge Lounge and visited there to see what it was like. It was more of a business man's Concierge Lounge. Very few children. No TV in the Lounge. The CM said they took it out so as to keep it more business-like. It was very quiet in there and it just didn't seem as friendly you know what I mean???

Got some snacks and back to the pool. Got dressed and went back to EPCOT later that night to see the AA. We also sat in the American Theatre and listened to a soul group that did hits from the 70's and 80's. They were good. Anita Baker songs etc. EPCOT was celebrating Black History Month.

We left EPCOT around 8pm and back to the BC to get our car and over to DQ. Now let me explain. We have always had premium AP's but DQ was never included on them. I don't like video games and such, so my DS and DH usually went at least 1 time each trip we came on. I would defer and do sometime else like shop!!!! :D But DQ, which used to be run by an outside company....is now fully controlled by Disney and it is offered free on Premium AP's. We had to go to the Guest services window at DQ and they took our AP tickets and issued us new one's. I have to tell you the new one's are better! They have a different character on each ticket. I got Tigger, my husband got Mickey Mouse. They are very colorful and I like them!

Well my DH showed me all around and we did the Pirate ship ride and I was the Captain and we won! And we did the bumper car thing. We Lost bad! And we did the Space Alien Ship ride , I left a lot of people stranded on that planet! And I had a good time! I couldn't stay on the one floor that had all the old style video games because the music was so loud it was giving me a headache...Ouch, when did I become like my parents??????

We left and went back to the BC and my DH was hungry so he got a luscious Cheeseburger from Beaches and Cream! I ate the French fries! We took it up to the Concierge Lounge and we ate there and talked to some nice people and had cordials and dessert also! I could get used to this Concierge thing! :D

We retired back to our room with another glass of Frangelica and sat on the balcony to watch the people and toast to another great day and night!

Tommorrow we decided to visit my DS and her husband at their place in Clermont!

I am truly enjoying your trip report! Just had to laugh about bringing back the aliens, we live in Chicago, and go to Chicago Disney Quest often, and that bringing back the aliens attraction is what keeps us going back! :) My husband and I go w/o kids and that is probably our fav thing to do there! Thanks for sharing your trip, I really do like reading about the fun you are having....
