Does anyone know which other resorts the BC shares a bus with when going to MK and AK?? Also, what is the order of pick up??

When I was there in May it went like this, Swan, Dolphin, YC, BC and BW in that order. Sounds like alot of stops but it really went quickly..and we never had problem getting on a bus.

When I was at the BCV last month the busses were in the same order. A couple of times the bus filled up at the BC and didn't stop at the BW but there was usually another bus a few minutes behind to sort the problem out. There was only one occasion that the bus filled up at the BC and we couldn't get on. However an empty bus arrived less than 5 minutes later which sorted out the problem.

At very busy times, there are fewer resorts sharing the same bus. When we left MK after fireworks one evening in August (i.e. a very busy time), the Swan & Dolphin had their own buses, so that the BC was only sharing with the YC and BW (same order though: YC, BC, BW). It took about 4 standing room only buses before we were able to get on, but they were loading almost one after another. The total wait to get on to a bus was around 15-20 minutes.

There is no fixed route for the Epcot Resorts during the morning rush. Our highly dynamic dispatching system is demand based, and responds to the crowds. Hundreds of buses go through the Beach Club every day. Not all of them go to the Swan or Dolphin, nor do all of them go to the Boardwalk. Buses are dispatched according to anticipated demand. If a bus fills up, another is dispatched off to handle the extra crowds. I have not heard of any service issues lately at the Epcot Resorts.

You will hear many different opinions on the Beach Club transportation... some pro, some con. Just keep in mind, just because one person had a certain experience with one bus a year ago, doesn't mean you'll have that same experience. Hundreds of buses go through the Beach Club on a daily basis, some are bound to be full, some are bound to be late. However, the vast majority of the time, buses are running on time, and according to anticipated demand.
