BBB Courtyard package pics?

We have a 12 year old who was wanting to go to BBB and wanted something more then the hair/makeup but not wanting to wear the full princess outfit. This is absolutely perfect for her!

THe age limit at BBB is 12, and my 5 yo got the Courtyard package, no problems.

I will say that one of the FGiT did mention how one parent wanted the Courtyard for her daughter, but the girl had short hair, so they were trying to get her to do a different style. They ended up doing the best Courtyard they could and the mom was pleased, but that was the only 'restriction' I have seen/heard on the hairstyle

I meant to take photos of the other tutus, but was running video at the time. I reviewed the video last night but I don't have a clear shot of the price tag. I would budget perhaps $20 - $25 for it to be on the safe side.

Also, if you call this number - (407) 824-2222 - and ask to be connected to the World of Disney store you can ask a cast member there to tell you exactly. According to AllEars, this is the main number of WDW through which you can reach anyone or anyplace. From experience, I called this number for a different matter and a live operator answered the call and was extremely helpful with what I needed.

Our next trip will be our first BBB experience, but I called probably 6x to get a time that I *finally* think will work for us. I don't know the exact difference b/w the 2, except one CM told me that everyone wants go to the MK location, but it's about half the size of the DTD location (which is the original). MK is half the size and probably twice as popular, so it's pretty hard to nab a spot. I'd have to imagine otherwise, everything is the same. Good luck! BTW, we're booked for DTD.

We have only been to DTD BBB. It's not huge itself. My DD has her first MK BBB appointment in October. We have a CRT reservation afterward. She really wanted to go DTD BBB but I didn't want to try to get from DTD to CRT in a hurry. I hope I made the right choice.

We just did the Courtyard pkg at 4pm today! DD(7) loved it. I am not sure of the exact sizes of the tutu, but we got a L shirt and M skirt. I would guess the tutus probably go up to XL, but again, a guess. DD wears about an 8 and while the shirt is a little big, I expect it to shrink some and the skirt is a great fit. It's soft...definitely not scratchy.

As just mentioned, we just did this done this afternoon, and DD has a chin length bob with bangs. They were able to do the Courtyard hairstyle find...she had sort of a short ponytail in the back. With that being said, she said she couldn't fall asleep with the "rolls" in her hair, so I just took it all down! :-( oh well, maybe we can attempt to (poorly) recreate it in the AM.

please post pics if you have any! My daughter is NOT a princess and will NOT wear a tutu but likes getting made up so I'm trying to figure out if this is worth it since she won't like/wear the shirt or the tutu ever. I like this hairstyle best for sure though!

Here you go. She's not a girly-girl either. The tutu really isn't bad...although, I'm doubtful mine daughter will wear it in the future either. She said she was going to wear it later in the week, but found an excuse not to do so!

My daughter will not wear the shirt or the tutu and I really have issues with paying that much $$ for them...arghhhh. this is definitely more stress than I need for a vacation for heaven's sake! Thanks! I can relate - I never intended to pay for that package either, and for a few seconds, tried to talk her out of it, BUT it was her birthday, and her first & probably last trip to BBB. We probably won't go back to WDW for several years, and I figure by then, she won't be interested, so we forked over the $$$. Good luck!

1. I am getting a little worried, that I can't find any confirmation of our reservation on the disney site... can anyone tell me where I can go to confirm our reservation? Do I have to call?

2. My daughter does not want the CYP hairstyle... although that is what i pre ordered... will they do a cinderella with tiara hairstyle with the CYP hairstyle? or is that a different hairstyle?

I found that sometimes the ADR sometimes don't show up. I'd try again to see if they show up. Worse case, you can call.

Not sure what you're asking in the second question...you can only get the courtyard hairstyle with the CYP. You can't do a tiara hairstyle with the CYP. You can, however, buy the tshirt separately, so you can do another package with the tiara hairstyle and buy the tshirt for $15 to wear. If you go to the DTD location, there are alot of other outfits (non-princess dress ones) you can buy.
