Bay Lake tower 3 bedroom villa???

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows if there are 3 bedroom villas in BLT and how many there are? Also, how difficult are these to book?

There are 14 Gv at BLT, split between Lake and TPV. I would expect that they book quickly.

Actually they do not book that quickly. They are very often available at the 7 month window between mid-Jan and late Sep. They can be difficult, like anything at BLT, to get at 7 months out during DVC's high demand season from late Sep to marathon weekend in Jan.

We booked at the 11 month window to make sure we got one in October for a week. Booking that far out was no problem, though if you are not renting from a BLT owner you could be up against the high demand as mentioned in an earlier post at the 7 month window. I'm not sure what your preference is, but we booked a Lake view and saved over 100 points. We got a villa facing the Contemporary and my 1 1/2 year old grandson would have spent the entire vacation watching the monorails go in and out! And if you really want to see the fireworks you can always go up to the TOW. Here's hoping you get what you want!!

We are not BLT owners, but were able to book a three BR Lakeview at seven months. Sooo excited!!

We were able to book one at 7 mo out during Christmas week.
