Bathroom @ OKW GV Help!

We have a GV at OKW reserved in November. Is the half bath (next to the master bathroom) accessible to the master bath w/out going thru the master bedroom? can the master bath be shut off from the bedroom? We are thinking of a close friend using the pull out sofa in the living area but sharing the bathroom with us. For those of you who stay at the GV's, is that feasible? thanks in advance for your help. Lisa

When we stayed in the GV there is a bath off the hallway going to the master bedroom. It had a shower not a tub but was clearly meant for those who used the living room as a bedroom. It was really nicer than the ones in the bedrooms upstairs. In all there were four baths- two upstairs with sinks toilets and tubs and two downstairs. The master bath has the jacuzzi in one room, two sinks and then the shower and toilet in another room and was not accessible except through the master bedroom. Have a super trip.

Castleri is right. All four bathrooms, including the bathroom in the hallway, are full baths. The only difference with the bathroom in the hallway is that there is only a shower, no tub. So I doubt if you will need to share your bath with the guests using the sofa bed. Have a great trip! The grand villas are awesome!

Technically (and not to pick nits ) a bath with just a shower is a 3/4 bath, not a full bath.

1/2 bath - toilet and sink
3/4 bath - toilet, sink and shower
full bath - toilet, sink, tub w/shower

Yes, the master bath can be shut off from the master bedroom - there are screened doors that close the window area from the jacuzzi to the bedroom and a door. However, as pointed out, your guests in the living room will have their own bath.

All the GV's have the same basic bathroom layout - the only difference is in the HCA GV's - in these, the Master Bath is HCA (the hallway bath is not, nor are the 2 baths on the second floor).
