Is there a list of where the bathrooms are located in each park? Thanks

The bathrooms are shown on the Park Maps. I will tell you they are plentiful - I probably used every one - see bathroom - gotta pee.

Just trying to reassure you that if you really need to find one, there is usually one nearby, but there may be a listing somewhere - hopefully someone will find one for you.

I'm also one of those that "always" has to go. I never had a hard time finding one!

Be careful though, I did slip on a wet floor in Epcot two weeks ago and ended up twisting funny when I slipped and just found out this past Monday that I tore my ham string and pinched my sciatic nerve. I'm now doing physical therapy and trying to get back to normal before my mid-August vacation in Disney. I didn't even realize the floor was wet but I should have expected it since it was so hot out and there were so many people going in to wash off!
