Basic GAD Ticket Redemption Question...

Hi everyone. When we arrive we're planning on not doing parks until the next day. I'm thinking about making ADR's at Sanaa for our first night. While we're there, can we take our voucher to the concierge desk and upgrade our GADGADD ticket if we're NOT GOING TO THE PARKS UNTIL THE NEXT DAY?? Or should we just wait and do it at the park the next morning at the crack of dawn because we WILL be there for ropedrop......

You have to redeem your GAD vouchers at Will Call at the parks, not at the resorts, and they are good for admission only on the day they are redeemed. Will Call will open before the park opens, so you can redeem the vouchers and still make rope drop. You don't have to upgrade right then - you can do that anytime within the next fourteen days, so you can upgrade on your way out of the parks the first day so you are ready for the next day.

Also, don't bother swinging by a park to redeem it and then go somewhere else. If you don't use the ticket the day you redeem it, it becomes invalid.

Just do it in the morning. The will call window will be open at least 30 minutes before rope drop, and possibly earlier.
