This infomercial caught my attention yesterday and I have to say, I am thinking about it. I have very sensitive skin and many days forgo make up because of it (but believe me- I need it!)

I was wondering if any of you here have had experience with it!

Yes.

But, please, do a search on Bare Minerals, Bare Escentuals, "Is Mineral Makeup Addicting" (I started that one), etc. and you will find tons of long threads on this subject.

I just did that! Now I wish I didn't have to go to work so I could sit and read through them all. Now, do you buy off tv or online? Are there "better" deals on one or the other??

I didn't like Bare Minerals...Made my pores look HUGE! And as any woman knows - huge pores = not pretty!
Maybe see if you can find someone to send you a sample first before splurging on the whole thing...

I use bare minerals. I didn't like it at first, but I kept using it all week and I love it now. I guess I had to get better at application.

You could always order through QVC, they have a 30 -day return policy. :sunny:

I LOVE BE! I started about 3-4 weeks ago and am finally getting used to all the brushes, amounts to use, etc. People at work notice the difference - even hooked 2 of them onto it. I have roseaca and it is alot better now - not as bright. My skin breathes all day - not like liquid foundation. The makeup stays fresh, and it feels like I have nothing on. They eye shadows are great too. It can be very addicting though. I have a nice collection of colors - I go into the BE boutique in the mall whenever I am there. They have the 30 day guarantee also, gives me samples to try and has a "club" that whenever you purchase $10 in product, they stamp a card - after 12 stamps they give you $10 free stuff. Not great, but hey - $10 free is $10 free in my book. I have also gotten off of QVC during their show last week and am looking forward to their anniversary show in May.

Try it - you'll like it :yay:

I am a new user as well. I do not have perfect skin. I have some large pores and get occasional breakouts. I am very happy with the product. It takes me left than a minute to put on. The coverage is very good and it lasts all day. Much better than any liquid foundation. I bought mine from Sephora, didn't really look around for a deal.

I use BE all the time too! In the beginning it was hard to get use too. Keep with it and it gets easier. I remember in the beginning I had BE dust all over my bathroom sink!! I didn't think I would like it at all but now I just love it. I first bought from QVC for their 30 day return policy if I didn't like it. They have some good prices too. :thumbsup2

DD17 just started using it two weeks ago and her skin looks so "finished" without looking like she's wearing makeup. She bought a "starter kit" at Sephora in DTD when we were at DL. I would recommend the starter kit. You are not spending a ton of money in case you don't like it. The only downside to the starter kit was that she hated the cheap brushes that were included. They "shed" all over her face. We did invest in some quality brushes for her to use.

I love BE! I've been using it daily since October. I ordered it online from www.medi-spastore.com back when they used to sell it online (they don't anymore). It works great. I get good coverage without looking like I'm wearing makeup. I hated liquid foundation and didn't used to wear anything at all. BE is so much better than anything else I've ever tried.
