It is definitely worth the price to get the starter kit. You can pick up a sample of BE #1 Fair on eBay to make sure it's the color you want.

), at first I put it on too heavy. At least for me. I now use a really light hand to apply it. It tells you to use 2 drops of the liquid and then add the powder liner. Let me tell you, 1 drop is more than enough, even if you use alot of liner. It stays put really well. My pencil liner used to "move" on me. Not this liner. Stays were you put it, all day!!!
