I love the programs! Those are so pretty. And yay for getting all of your honeymoon clothes! I think I am right there with you. I've been keeping track of everything (in a spreadsheet of course) and I think I might pick up one more outfit and then I'm good to start packing! I'm planning on doing that this weekend since it's a holiday Monday and I'll be off of work. A trip always seems more real once the suitcases come out!

Hi everyone!

We're 24 days away now!

I'm not sure how true this is.. but I read a while ago that it's very hard to get hold of the 'Just Married' buttons at Disney now - and that they're only given out to couples who have their weddings at WDW

My parents kindly got us these buttons on their last trip to the World..

so I thought I'd have a look on ebay last week to see if I could find a 'Just Married' one.. well, I did find one.. but then ended up getting too competitive & bid about $10 to finally win it!!

But at least I have one now to wear on honeymoon hehe

I've heard the same thing about the buttons! It's kind of sad, but the Happily Ever After one's are cute, too. Yay for getting the coveted Just Married buttons, though! It's going to be so much fun to be able to wear them!

I like both buttons, we had to have the Just Married ones when we got engaged the CM crossed out married and put engaged, so on the new ones they could put Just Married

So this weekend is..... My Hen Party!!

(This is like a bachelorette/bridal shower) ... the plan is to go to a spa for treatments & use the facilities..

The Hotel..

Spa..

Then we're having afternoon tea & champagne..

and then going to Brighton (town by the seaside & also where my parents now live!)

going to a Spanish tapas restaurant for dinner..

and then out to party!

My two MoHs have been incredibly busy planning everything.. I've had nothing to do for it & I can't wait for the weekend to begin!! .. I have a real mix of people coming.. friends from home/school/university/work .. Mum, sister, cousin & Aunt.. plus DF's Mum and sisters too! sure everyone will get along & enjoy meeting each other.... can't wait!

DF's Stag Party is next weekend.. so I'm planning a quiet weekend with my cousin, we're going to do the table plan & place cards and watch lots of wedding movies hehe

Hi everyone!

So I'm back home after the most incredible time at my hen party... I'll post a bigger update soon (waiting for pictures to appear on facebook so I can add them, I barely took any myself but there were a lot of cameras there!)

It was so amazing to have so many of my girl friends & family together for the day - everyone got on really well & we had a lot of fun! I didn't feel at all bad yesterday which was great, despite a lot of dancing & drinkies!


Hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend.. bank holiday here & Memorial Day in the US, I think?

Wedding Planning continues...

Here are a few more things I've done the last few days for the wedding!

Favours

I had Friday off work last week, got a lot of things done including putting together our wedding favours (while watching my new bluray of Tangled!! Love that movie)

favours all laid out..

I made a shoebox for each table so that the hotel staff know which favours need to go where!

For the children coming to our wedding, I've put together activity bags rather than favours.

Princess goodies for the girls..

Train puzzle for 2 year old boy..

and an activity book for a 10 year old..

For our parents we have got different favours - a Yankee Candle which is called 'Wedding Day'

I've wrapped the gifts for our Ushers & Bridesmaids...

and for the groomsmen - I've bought each of them a pair of wedding socks!

... and this was my countdown app yesterday..

On Friday I also went to pick up our flower girl's dress!

We had to wait a while ot order this because she is 6 and growing very quickly at the moment.. but we're hoping the size will be ok - it's quite long but DF's Mum is happy to adjust the hem if we need to
