Let's see...As it says to the left of here....Northern NJ....I declared bankruptcy because I lost my job in the fall of 2001. Can you put 2 and 2 together there? Moron. Ignorance and lack of education are problems in this country...thanks for exhibiting both so lucidly.

Yeah, and my brother in law just closed his business after paying all his bills because others didn't. Stealing is stealing. Call it what you want.

Shoplifting or bankruptcy. Both have the same outcome.

You are incorrect in assuming people don't get paid. Bankruptcy doesn't mean washing all debt away. In most cases, you DO pay a great deal for many many years. And believe me, with years and years of incredibly high interest rates, creditors get their money back and then some. As a PP said, you're displaying your ignorance of what goes on.
