BTW, when's the last time ANY of us here on this board has gone on a 20-miler training run?

.....
Where are all you other d-bags at?
My last 20 Mile "Training Run" was on October 11, 2008 (9:36 Pace). I ran it in Western Pennsylvania while visiting my Mom. I was in training for the October 26, 2008 MCM in which I PR'ed in 4:10:39 (9:27 Pace).
I ran 18 miles in training for my recent Delaware Marathon, but didn't make it up to 20 due to my vacation in Jamaica. Tough break.
Mr. D-Bag here checking in.
Logged a Run last night but couldn't post it because the site was down for a couple of hours. I haven't been running much, only a couple times in the last two weeks. My knee was acting up, but now it seems to be better:
Miles:
6.01
Time:
55:50
Pace:
9:18
Splits: 9:57, 9:54, 9:00. 8:44, 9:27 and 8:47.
I am looking forward to seeing a couple of you in just a couple of weeks (or less). I am glad we are (mostly) present and accounted for.

I am looking forward to putting a training plan together for MCM which will include the Fairfield Half and the Phila. Rock-N-Roll Half in September. I hope to regain my previous fitness level (ala 2008) and get a good time at MCM.
So glad you are out and about
Sara!!!

Cam is doing better, but not out of the woods yet. She started PT yesterday and will be visiting them twice a week for I don't know how long. She'll soon be fitted with a range of motion brace and she'll work on weight bearing, bending it, etc. It is a slow process and she is not through with the pain killers yet. She needs them at night to sleep. She is still hobbling around on crutches and/or in a wheelchair most of the time which is understandable.
Hi to Sara, Judy, Jen, Chester, Mike, Colleen, Jodi, Dave, Lou, Matt & Cindy!!!
