Bald/rug/comb over? What's your preference?

No contest...bald is MUCH better than the other two options. If DH ever starts to lose his hair I will do everything in my power to prevent a rug and/or combover.

A good rug is fine but bald or balding is definitely the best. Combovers are hysterical.

Speaking as a slightly older than middle-aged male, I am one who developed this light landing strip on the top of my head. My wife tells me that I also have this spot on the top back of my head where the grass doesn't grow too well. I figured why argue with Mother Nature, so I got my hair cut REAL short. For those of the male species taking the comb-over route or the "rug," go for it. But believe me when I tell you, the short hair with the balding spots is the way to go.

I think a bald man with some sort of facial hair - best being a goatee - looks great! My husband has a full head of hair and probably always will, but if he were to grow bald that is what I would encourage him to do.

Bald is sexy.

My DH has trouble with being 75% bald, but he does the close cropped on the rest. I have to keep reminding him of my 'hot men' list: Anthony Edwards, Patrick Stewart, Sean Connery!

It is really interesting, but my sisters and I all are married to balding men. Not a combover in the bunch. We would probably tease the butt off of any guy who came to a family gathering with a combover!

I guess it's pretty unanimous. Bald is the way to go.

DH has very thick hair, so I doubt balding will become an issue for him, but if it did, he would still look hot to me.

So guys - Let the hairs fall where they may!

I get a kick out of the comb-overs in Oklahoma wind. It lifts straight up and they look like they've grown a sail on top of their head. How can they not know that it does that?

I love bald. I grew up with a dad that was bald and I thought he was very handsome. If DH lost his hair it would be up to him of course, but I'd vote for bald. I'd hate it if he wanted to comb over, but I'm sure he wouldn't do that. We've laughed too many times.
