It's my secret weapon when my 9 year old dd threatens to become a vegetarian. I cook up a pan of bacon, and as soon as she gets a whiff of it, the vegetarian talk goes out the window.
YUMMY!
Cook it up on the George Foreman grill and let all that fat drain off. It's the best. Cooks up faster and crisper than sitting in a pan full of grease.

I set mine to 340 and cook it for about 5 minutes, then I flip and cook about 5 more. With my old grill, it didn't have the temp setting, but I'd still just cook it for about the same amount of time. Longer for extra crispy, which I like sometimes too. You do have to flip it only because it's so thin that it doesn't touch the top plate of the grill like most things do on the Foreman.
