Just curious........

although I like both, I'd have to say, Bacon makes everything better! (Except for couture....one should never be caught wearing clothes made from meat) :thumbsup2
 
I love well done crispy bacon and like breakfast sausage - the Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans in the white tube. I LOVE BLT sandwiches with lots of bacon, a big slice of garden-fresh tomato, lettuce and Miracle Whip on toast. Yum! :thumbsup2
 
I love 'em both, but I voted for bacon due to its versatility. It can be used SO many ways. I've even had chocolate bacon ice cream that blew my socks off. Literally...my socks were across the room.
 

sausage because sausage gravy and biscuits is my favorite thing in the world.
 
Actually, I like them both, but I had to vote for Spam. I didn't want it to think it was all alone. Besides, Spam makes me think of fudge, for some reason.

Pig Candy Recipe

Ingredients
Bacon (several strips)
Brown Sugar (enough to coat strips of bacon)

Cooking Directions
Coat uncooked bacon in some dark brown sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

I wrap bacon around cocktail weiners, secure with a tooth pick,sprinkle brown sugar on top let it caramelize overnight in the fridge (or a couple hours) and bake until bacon is done, YUMMY
 
Bacon. We use it to wrap many things.
Bacon wrapped shrimp
Bacon wrapped crackers
Bacon wrapped peppers
Bacon wrapped .........
I think y'all get the point.

I do the same thing except instead of cocktail weiners, I wrap it around scallops. Y - U - M - M - Y!!!!
