Hi Folks, it will be a little while till I go on my trip, but I like to plan, plus I need to save. If you have ever been on this tour and been to Mickey's of Glendale, first of all, how much do you usually spend?? Also does anyone have picture of their merchandise, that would be awesome. I also read on another thread that the studios has a little store, does that have studios themed merchandise as well?? Also if your group is lucky and goes to Club 33 they said they have stuff there for purchase as well, oh my. Not even sure how much to budget for the trip, it is good I have awhile. But just curious so any help and or photos would be good. Very excited.

Mickey's of Glendale was like a little slice of heaven. It is full of merchandise you can only buy there. I would say the average family in our group spent about $200. I went a little nuts and bought one of every shirt they had in xxl and we spent $700. I get comments every time I wear my Imagineering shirts.

The studio store was closed for renovations during our trip.

Club 33 has a small merchandise selection with the logo on it.

Hey! I think there were some pictures of the store/merchandise posted in the Sticky thread for the DIS ABD group going on BSM in a couple of weeks. You may want to check that thread out.

The Mickey's in Glendale merchandise keeps changing out, so posting pictures of stuff we purchased may not apply to any other visit.

So, our list of At Mickey's of Glendale:
2 Carsland polo shirts not available in the parks (when we visited DCA two days later cast memebers were asking us where we got them)
2 red Imagineering polo shirts
2 WDI t-shirts
1 Special ABD pin only available to ABD tour group members at Mickey's of Glendate and not available to employees
2 Star Tours pins

We dropped over $200, I don't remember the exact amount.

The studio store has 2 sides, an employee merchandise side and a general you can find it anywhere side. It is much smaller than the Glendale store.
Here, DW found a great t-shirt with Walt and Mickey on it and I found a classic red Mickey shirt. But, what we really found was a Mickey Mouse watch for me. That was around $200 in itself. These three items were on the employee only side.

The merchandise at Club 33 is expensive, this did not stop us from buying 2 polo shirts, a Club 33 Christmas pin (the only pin they had) and a golf towel and this added up to about $180 if I remember correctly.

So, we spent over $800 on stuff from these three stores (Holy Crap)

No wonder DW didn't want me to add it up!

The guides were taking photo's of us shopping in there. Maybe someone posted those.
I spent about $400.00 when we were in MOG. I got mostly imagineering things and Haunted Mansion imagineering stuff. I had budgetted most of what I was going to spend on my trip for MOG. I had budgeted more than I spent.. turns out I found lots at Disneyland... seems I found some awesome Shag and Kevin Kidney things that had to come home with me...
