Backstage Magic Tour-Solo

Hi all! I am headed for my 1st solo trip and am so so excited! I am taking the opportunity to do the Backstage Magic Tour while solo since DH would never want to do this.

Has anyone done the Backstage Magic Tour solo? If so, did you have a great time? Do you start at MK in the Town Hall building on Main Street? How do you get to the other parks-by bus and monorail? How long did the tour take? I'm thinking 9-5?

I have never eaten at Whispering Canyon before so that would be fun as well.

I just did the Backstage Magic Tour December 16 but I did it with my son. We really enjoyed this tour! You intially meet outside of Epcot at Guest relations and they have motor coaches in the parking lot to take you on the tour. We were told to meet at 8:45 and the tour was ready to leave at 9:00. The tour finished up around 4:00 - 4:30 back at Epcot where we departed. People were very friendly on our tour and we had 3 large tables for lunch which was served family style. I would not hesitate to go on this tour solo. You will enjoy.

Thanks dislainey! That's exactly what I wanted to know. I am really psyched about my solo trip. The Tour will be so much more enjoyable w/out DH trying to put on a good game face or rolling his eyes or giving me "the smirk". He's an awesome guy, but he just doesn't get it!
