Backstage Magic Tour or Keys to Kingdom?

DW and I will be at Disney in early December and would like to do one of these two tours. Aside from cost, any input or thoughts on which tour to take? Thanks in advance!

Time. Keys is about 4-5 hours, Backstage is about 7. I have taken both, multiple times, both are excellent. If you are looking for information on all the parks, Backstage, more in-depth on Magic Kingdom, Keys.
