I second the idea of TJ Maxx or Marshalls. They have really good quality items at great prices. My DDs 16 and 13 love shopping there. Kohls is usually pretty good too.

DD likes the Garage too. It is in the mall by us, but the clothes are not a billboard for the store (if ya know what I mean!)
